Nineteen students achieved the highest recognition in the Presidential Physical Fitness Awards program this year at Gooding Elementary School.  These students earned the President Physical Fitness Award by scoring  85% or better on each test in the battery.  The tests include, one minute of curl ups (abdominal strength)  sit and reach (flexibility),  shuttle Run (agility), pull ups (upper body strength), and the Mile Run (endurance).  To qualify for the President’s award a student must achieve an 85% or better on each of the tests. The scoring is on a national percentile by both age and gender.   

Fourth Year Award:  Bryson Comstock (5^th grader)

Third year Award:   Riley Comstock (3^rd grader)

Second Year Award:  Isabella Sluder (5^th)  and Lakin Tsetsakis (5^th)

First Year Award:  Brittany Brinkley (5^th), Mallory Brown (2^nd), Gunner Brunson (5^th),  Bodie Clements (1^st), Tyler Clements (4^th ), Gracie Faulkner(2^nd), Armondo Hernandez (1st),  Dustie Jackman (5^th), Cade Morris (3^rd), Ethan Perry (4^th), Bennett Richards (2^nd), Owen Rogers (1^st) , Taylor Smith (3^rd), Jessica Torres (1^st) , and Wacey Williams(3^rd) .
